Fair sized furnished room with a comfy queen bed, closet , night stand , Chester drawer and 32 inch TV. This home was built in 2020, 1500 square feet and ten minutes from downtown in a up and coming neighborhood, this area is being gentrified! There’s a deck on the front and back porch, the backyard is pretty big. Looking for a responsible roommate that is very chill, respectful and courteous. Someone that knows boundaries and has a life of their own and job of course. Cleanliness is very important as well as safety , common courtesy etc…. Yep females in their 20s lives on the property. Both work full time and in school.
