This property is located in North Hollywood, but more specifically Toluca lake. It’s right by the 101 and 134. The building has a secure entrance, parking garage, and an elevator. The condo is quite large and spacious. There’s a front loading washer and dryer and a brand new dish washer that has recently been installed. I am self employed and work from the home in the nook area. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry area but the living room and nook area are off limits.
