The house sits on 17 acres with beautiful mountain views ~ avocado, lemon, grapefruit, lime, kumquat & orange trees 🍋🍏🍊 ~~ The home is fairly large with vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, a fenced in yard and enclosed laundry room. It is full of light, art, potted plants, creatively designed & artistic 🎨🌵🌻🖼 ~~The room for rent is private, quiet & large - furnished with lots of windows. It also has an adjacent full sized bathroom. I have internet/WIFI & safe parking with long driveways. Utilities are not included.
