The house sits on acres of land with beautiful mountain views ~ avocado, lemon, pomegranate, grapefruit, lime, kumquat & orange trees 🍋🍏🍊 ~~ The home is fairly large with vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, a fenced in yard and enclosed laundry room. It is full of light, art, potted plants, creatively designed & artistic 🎨🌵🌻🖼 ~~The room for rent is private, quiet & large, furnished with lots of windows & beautiful view…it also has an adjacent, full-sized bathroom. ~~ I would prefer a tenant that is responsible, clean, appreciates animals & nature! 💝🌷 I offered a reduced rent price in exchange for a little help with the pups & house care There is internet/WIFI & parking with long, circular driveway No smoking or drug use are allowed on the property.
