Private room available to rent in a charming, quiet house in Lompoc. Safe residential neighborhood near local parks.

The room will be your private space and other areas of the house are shared, and you have full house privileges. Your bathroom will be primarily yours (the current occupants use the master bathroom), but it is also the guest bathroom when we occasionally have people over. Utilities are included in rent price, and cover electric, gas, and wifi. The bedroom gets lots of natural light, is carpeted, and has a spacious closet. Common areas are furnished, bedroom is unfurnished. Amenities/appliances include: full bathroom, full kitchen, fridge, pantry, linen closet, washer and dryer, backyard. No smoking indoors but feel free to utilize the backyard.

Six month minimum lease. No pets please. I am not open to living with children, and the room is for one person only.

I’m a thirty-something woman, and my boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate. We are early risers, enjoy cooking, I read a lot and he plays guitar. We have one cat, he’s a pretty cool guy. We’re hoping to find a good human being who is respectful housemate to rent the spare room.
