Hello! We are only interviewing females at this time. And, no pets (we’re at the city limit) or couples please.

Super swanky 5,000 sq. ft. mid century ranch house with a hilltop view. The available room has 2 full-sized closets and 2 built-in desk nooks. Fully furnished, including SMART tv and new mattress. Recently painted and carpeted. Huge open plan living room, over-sized swimming pool with a view. Jacuzzi is all fired up and the barbecue was recently remodeled. Full house privileges, including entertaining - you are welcome to have friends over for a backyard party. WiFi and generous streaming package included.

One of the nicest things about the property is its size - very large and spread out. Plenty of room for privacy, and places to curl up with a book. We aren’t on top of each other…. but it’s friendly enough that we hang out when we want.

I do have outside dogs, including a stunning Alaskan husky with a beautiful wolfie look. All are super friendly and crate trained when you don’t want them under foot.

Please note: We ARE fully vaccinated and will ask your status and/or safety practices.

We are also looking for a roomie who loves the home and takes responsibility for the house with the rest of us - we aren’t the local resort hotel. There’s no “staff.” Take out the trash, sweep/mop, dust, wipe out the frig and such yourself about 1/3 of the time. We have a good division of labor; no freeloaders please. A maid comes every other week to do the main rooms - you may ask her to do your room for a price.

I’m a special education teacher who sells vintage clothing on Ebay as a sideline, a musical theater nerd who also listens to rap/folk/alternative rock, thrift store addict, and lover of anything sci fi/fantasy/horror.

We have a lovely grad student from Japan on our same side - very quiet, and not home often. This is who shares the hallway bathroom.

The roomie on the north side is the theater teacher at The School of Arts and Enterprise. Super fun and energetic! He has his own wing - a mother-in-law suite with bathroom/laundry/den. Beware of costume projects (I helped costume his last show!) and script readings in the living room.
