About the room

Seeking a MALE roommate to share a nice house. House is 4 bedrooms 2.5 (share )bath and furnished with the exception of the bedroom for rent. All basic utilities,high speed wireless are included with $800 rent, $250 security deposit due before move-in which is refundable if you leave the room in the same condition as it was upon move-in. Absolutely no drugs ,smoking or vaping of anything. You must work full time. This is not a “hangout” place or party place, Put “ RENT“ in subject line. No SPAM !! No pets , no kids ,no girlfriend, no wife, no drugs ,NO boyfriend !!! NO COUPLES!!! Male ONLY !!! NO VISITORS !!!!

Proof of employment required (w2, paystubs, etc) proof of credit as well serious inquiries only. First month and security deposit required, rental agreement must be signed, copy of driver license or ID required.

Price is based on a per person basis, no exceptions. All applicants will be subject to a background check. Sorry no pets due to allergies
