Current resident want be back till around the 10th to finish getting all there belonging Room is for 1 person only. My home was built in a Mobil Home community back in 1969 Mine has been reconstructed and rebuilt as a single family home back in 2010. Main Entrance has homes on both sides of the street. Once you get to the back, where I’m at, past the stop sign, All the homes are on the left side of the road, and on the lake ( Lake Lanier) Ball Field on right w/walking track We are a lot different back here, Mine is a single family home w/ Ring Door Bell, Very last home at end of the road Lake Lanier is 75 yards behind me. We have a boat ramp close to the club house w/Tennis and Basketball court also a 12 foot on deep end of Big Pool. You have private room w/ queen bedroom suite w/ 2 night stands 5 windows facing the woods and a walk in closet with window. There is a door off that room that leads to a full bath w/ shared washer and dryer and full size Fridge and door leads out to private patio w/ steps leading to the fenced in back yard.Nice view of the Lake Fenced in yard NO PETS. Please Be Friendly and Honest, and NO kids please. This is my home I bought in 2020 I’m picky about keeping it clean., Rent is due on the 1st and is late on the 10th, I understand money problems, Been there myself. I will work w/ you just be honest. The deposit is non refundable, There is no lease, It is month to month Please give a month notice when moving out and I will do the same if something comes up. I prefer female over males simple reason, They are cleaner Deposit is non refundable

NO other ROOMIES just me. I love sports so Football Sundays all my buddies go to friend home where we play cornhole and watch games in his theater room I don’t cook so if you do cool I’m easy going, love music and my friends PLEASE no eating in the bedroom Snacks are ok More pictures coming soon.
