Iām looking for someone who is clean, neat, quiet, easygoing, and a non smoker with no pets. Background check and credit check required and proof of income is also needed. The place is across the street from a target and Walmart and about five minute drive away from major shopping center.
Currently 20-25 minutes from Loma Linda campus and hospital, 35 minutes from Cal State San Bernardino, 20 mins from Riverside Community Hospital, and 15 minutes from University of Riverside campus.
Currently two female roommates in their mid twenties who are working professionals and residing in the home.
