Private room and bathroom with a shared living space and one other roommate! I love this apartment setup because our rooms are on separate sides of the apartment with a living space and kitchen area in-between. We have a small patio as well and we are on the bottom level so moving in is easy :) The apartment complex has a gym, tennis courts, and an olympic pool with grills. The area in general is nice and quiet. Right next to a convenient shopping center and across from a Fire Station and High School. Never a problem with noise from neighbors, some kids play outside during the day but they don’t seem to be a disturbance. There is a washer/dryer in unit.

Not included in rent is (your portion would be): Wifi: $27.50 SDGE: $30-$40 and Apartment insurance: $6.50

My name is Brianna and I’m 26 and work as a bartender! I work quite a bit and live an active lifestyle so I’m often gone from home. I also have a small dog named Luna :) She stays in my room while I’m away but I would love a roommate who loves dogs and has a relaxed personality. I’ve found she’s most comfortable with women or people who have calm personalities. I take care of her as my priority but having a roommate who wouldn’t mind letting her out to potty or giving her some water or food if I’m at work for a long time would be ideal!

My hobbies include anything creative and I love going out and trying new things. In nature I am very laid back and go with the flow. It takes a lot to bother me and I’m good with communicating if ever there’s an issue with the roommate dynamic :) I stay in my room a lot and like my personal space but I wouldn’t mind having a roommate I get along with and can go out and do things with as well!
