The room is one of three guest bedrooms that is good size with a closet as well as a tv, blinds and mirrored closet door. The house is shared with room mates and owner of the house has a dog. Shared amenities such as laundry room, kitchen, dining room and family room. Quiet neighborhood, very nice and right off of yucca loma in Apple Valley.

Owner is a teacher who is very nice and down to earth, owns a dog and is usually either at home or work. Room mate 1 is very to himself, works and is home most of the time but mostly in his room. Room mate 2 is in college and is gone most of the day, and also gone on weekends.
