Balbach Street

The Room: approximately 12 x 15 ft with a walk in closet 5 x 8ft, private full bathroom and the walls were painted less than a year ago!

The House: 3br x 2.5 bath townhouse in secure community half a block from the Sofa District, with a private parking garage and additional permits for street parking immediately in front. Excellent insulation keeps it peaceful inside, and also keeps heating and cooling costs down! Washer and dryer in unit! The kitchen is on the small side, but well planned and well-stocked (we like to cook!). The stove was just replaced at the end of August. The living/dining area is cozy and comfortable. Through the kitchen is a decent sized patio, ~18ft x 18ft, with a outdoor table set, hammock, gas BBQ and workout tower. We’ve had a small herb/veggie garden out there too.

The Housemates: C- 33 y/o dude, “I’m pretty laid back and come with a cat people like better than me, but he’s an awesome cat, so it’s cool.” H- 14 y/o cat, an orange and white maine coon who can be aggressively affectionate. C - 32 year old cisman, I’m a working class guy who values organizing in the community. Communism and 420 are A OK.
