Private room available in a townhouse that is located near Great Park, Irvine. It is a quick 10 minute drive to the irvine spectrum, 5 mins to Woodbury Town Center, 15 - 20 mins to UC Irvine Campus and very close to the 5 freeway.

The neighborhood amenities include access to the resort and lap pools (inluding jacuzzi amenities), 6 parks, walking trails and a very peaceful neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking available and a parking spot included in the attached garage. I have attached pictures of the house as well the bedroom and bathroom. The house also includes a patio and the living area is very spacious! There is a barn door separating the living area from the bedroom and bathroom for full privacy.

Bill, especially water, waste, gas, internet and electric, are not included since they will vary monthly based on usage. I am not open to having any pets in the house. Students are welcome. The room is currently unfurnished but a queen bed is available if needed.
