I have a private room with a twin-sized trundle bed and a small vanity. This is a two-bedroom, downstairs duplex unit. The location is in LA, walking distance of public transportation, parks and shopping.

Your roommate will be a 42-year-old straight male with a B.A. and a 9-5 job. I’m personable enough to make you feel welcome and busy enough to make you feel like you have plenty of personal time and space. Do what you like. Cook. Listen music. Do yoga. Whatever.
