If you are looking for a affordable place where you can feel at home, with a good atmosphere, good people, respectful, with a good vibe and good energy. Look no further! We are your future roommates. 🤩

Currently our roommate is going to live in Los Angeles for college. So we are renting a spacious room, furnished or unfurnished depends on how you need it. In a fairly spacious house with 3 rooms, a very large patio, a lot of parking, with a laundry room.

Also our house, your house has an area with a grill, fire pit, a small basketball court and many fruit trees. (We have 2 lemon trees, 1 tangerine tree, 1 fig tree. All can be used.

The house is located in a very good area near the 94 freeway, and a 5 minute walk from the bus station, and many places with everything you need around. Very close to the Cuyamaca Collage, Grossmont Collage and San Diego State. Also a nice park nearby, in a very quiet area.

Let me tell you a little bit about us: My brother, my boyfriend and I live in the house. We are very relaxed, calm and respectful people, quite busy, we study and work full time. My brother works for the military, and he studies animation. My boyfriend studies full time in the pilot school, and works doing dordash. I study business and real estate, and I work in a small company.
