I am the homeowner, looking to help someone who needs a room. I hope you would treat my house, appliances & furnishings as if it was your own. I have my own living space and private living room. I am retired, & have a service dog that stays by my side, and other pets in their own room/area in the opposite side of the house. Communication is key for a compatible living situation. If an issue arises, hopefully we can work things out between us.
