About the room
I’m looking for a roommate to move in with me and my other roommate in Pflugerville. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home.
I have 3 (smaller)dogs and 1 cat. So the roommate needs to be pet friendly but ideally without any pets of their own. Male or female, straight or gay, I don’t have any preferences.
The room is 10x13 with a walk in closet. You would have a shared bathroom. We keep all food and alcohol separate but some household items are shared. The Roommate would have access to all subdivision amenities such as swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, club house and basketball courts.
I’m looking for $650 for rent plus utilities and WiFi. The room is set up for cable but is not currently set up - this would be an additional cost.
