A furnished private room in a comfortable Chapel Hill house is available for rent. The three-story house is in a quiet neighborhood close to Duke, UNC, and within minutes of the free public bus route. The two-sink bathroom might be shared with another tenant. Free driveway parking is available.

About the roomies

One roommate is a Ph.D. student (UNC), he rents a bedroom on the third floor. I have not decided yet if I am going to rent one or two rooms on the second floor. I am 50+ y.o. professional. My room is on the second floor. The room I am offering you is also on the second floor. A small 18 lb. hypoallergenic dog lives in the house.
