THIS RENTAL IS PENDING Bedroom for rent in large home in South Austin’s desirable Onion Creek area near the golf course and across the freeway from Southpark Meadows and the capital metro’s Park and Ride. The home is carpeted. I am renting the room for $750 on a month to month basis, plus a refundable deposit of $750 for a total move in of $1500. There is also a smaller bedroom that can be rented for $700 monthly. All utilities are included. The house has a very large kitchen with two ovens, a dishwasher, a newer refrigerator, and is fully equipped. The living room has two large couches and a large screen television. There is also an 8 foot pool table and a large back yard with a screened in sun room. Smoking is permitted in the back yard and the sun room. There is a shared bathroom which I recently re-glazed, that is shared. There is also a half bathroom (just a toilet and sink) that is shared as well. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, but you will have access to 1.5. The washer and dryer are just one year old. 24 hour security monitors the area. The house has two occupied rooms. One that I occupy and one that a couple in their late 20s occupies. No pets are permitted. Parking is allowed on the street and parking off street in the driveway if that is preferred.

I live at the home as well as a couple in their late 20’s. We all have different hours. One tenant usually returns from work around 2am. Another returns from work around 9am. I usually return around 3pm.
