WOMEN ONLY I live on a quiet and friendly road in the NE part of Grand Rapids. My home is close to larger grocery stores, restaurants, and a theater. If fitness is important to you, my very nice private gym is available for your use. In the renter’s space there is a new min-fridge, microwave, dual ceramic hotplate, airfryer, and Keurig along with plates, bowls, glasses, pans, and silverware. I also own a very nice washer and dryer that is for your use as well. The newly remodeled and fully furnished room is in the basement and the second bathroom on the main floor will be exclusively yours. No smoking, recreational drugs, or parties in the home or property.

I am a very clean and hard working woman in my early 40’s that just graduated from college. I am very busy working in the medical field (Radiology) while also working at a luxury spa as the Lead Licensed Massage Therapist 3 days a week. I have a dear son who lives on the main floor with me that is very busy with school and sports, while trying to help me keep up with chores, laundry, cleaning, and dishes. :)
