Located in North Phoenix between Loop 101 and the I-17 it’s a really nice and quiet apartment complex very family-oriented with a mix of college students . Maintenance is pretty quick when there is an issue to be fixed. I live in a 2br 2bath. You will have your own room and bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. We have a fitness center, pool and grills within a two minute walk from my apartment, if that. I can provide the mattress, you will need to provide the frame. You will have to provide some form of proof of income to the leasing office so just keep that in mind.I love that this apartment complex is conveniently located by two freeways so getting places doesn’t take me long.That’s pretty much the short version of what this location is about.. I tend to be quite busy between work and school, so unless we have a similar schedule we won’t see each other as much . I like to think I’m very approachable and understanding. I welcome individuals from all walks of life. I prefer someone who cleans up after themselves, isn’t drama filled and respects set boundaries. I don’t mind friend(s)over every once in a while, however, I’m not trying to come home to company all the time. I’m a big person on communication so if that is not a strong suit for you it may not be the best situation as I like to remain on the same page with the person I live with and make sure that we are both living in a comfortable environment.
