Beautiful gated community with large duck pond and lots of amenities! Looking for roommate for my furnished upstairs loft space. Comes with a full size bed, long dresser and a clothes rack. It’s a large space with great vaulted skylight ceiling that overlooks the rest of the apartment and has a separate room that can be used as a walk-in large closet. Neighborhood complex has small gym, large pool and Jacuzzi which never is overcrowded, frequent clubhouse events, and on hand maintenance crew. Located right next to the 5 freeway and less than a mile from the beach!!!

Shared bathroom with a large shower and tub. small W/D in unit and also a coin laundry room next to apartment. Full kitchen/shared space access. Heater and air conditioning. Split utilities which varies around $75-150/mth usually depending on how much we use heating/AC

About me: I am single, 29 year old female. I work 3 jobs and am a student at Cal State Fullerton so I am hardly ever home, but I work very close by and go by the house a lot on my breaks (only free time I have). I have two cats and an adorable small dog, so you must be OK with pets. Also must be 420 friendly. I am very easy going, love to cook in spare time, and just looking for someone around my age who is responsible and reliable. Since we will be living in close quarters, its important to find someone can be compatible with, I’m very social person and love to entertain and relax at home on my limited time off, not so much partying just staying up watching movies and having a bbq type.

No kids, and no pets, since I have enough fur babies already (although I might, JUST MIGHT consider someone with a SMALL dog). smokers ok. Couples are OK but would require you to pay 2/3 utilities.

Available April 1st. $900/mth rent due on first of month, utilities due on 15th of every month. Deposit is $500, but negotiable for right person with good references, and background check. Currently taking interview meetups since I am single female I will require us to meet at local spot before I show the apartment, I can show you downstairs and location starting now but current roommate has until mid march to have room ready to show so will be unable to preview the room itself till then.
