The first private room has a private bathroom ($1200), and the second private room has a shared bathroom ($900) This is in the safe part of Koreatown and the apartment is named Wilshire Ardmore Regency. To give you an idea of who I am - My name is Max and I’m a college graduate starting my professional career in Downtown LA. In my free time, I love to lift, run, go on random adventures, and play video games with my friends To get a “picture” of me- I’m 22, male, 6’1, and weigh 150 pounds. I grew up in a traditional Korean family so I’ve been taught to be very responsible and clean. I lived in California almost all my life so I guess you can say I’m pretty “Americanized”

I’m starting a lease in Koreatown and taking the metro to my office to save money! I looked around many places and this place seems perfect. It’s the best “package” I’ve found My target move-in date is around September 21st but I can try to be flexible if needed
