We share kitchen only and each of us has a private living room (yours is large with room for a desk), bedroom and bathroom. I rarely use dining room and never when you do. I used family room with fireplace (different from living room) 2-3 hours a day; otherwise available to housemate. Shared two-car garage. Washer and dryer/ dishwasher., Quiet street. No traffic. Great neighbors. -$1800/month including cable and all utilities -One month security deposit due at start of rental if you are going to stay more than month -Furnished or unfurnished. I am a man who runs an education nonprofit from my office in this house which is away from your living room and where I spend the bulk of my time day and night. You won’t hear me from other parts of house. I like privacy and respect it of others. On the other hand I am warm and friendly and easy to get along with. No one else lives here. Last two renters were women, including one still here, and they are available to share how it is living with me.
