This is not just a bedroom for you. We share kitchen only and each of us has a private living room (yours is very large (30 x 20) and has a desk and bookshelf alcove for an office space. Your private bathroom is next to your bedroom. I rarely use dining room and never when you do. I use family room with fireplace (different from living room) about 2 hours a day; otherwise available to housemate. Shared two-car garage. Washer and dryer/dishwasher., Little traffic street. Great neighbors

I am a man who runs an education nonprofit from my office in this house where I spend the bulk of my time day and night so lots of privacy for you, which I respect. On the other hand I am warm and friendly and easy to get along with. Some past roommates have become friends. You won’t hear me from other parts of house. No one else lives here.
