Cypress Drive

It’s right on the beach in Laguna beach, California. Located off of Pch next to main beach. It’s a 5 minute walk from Divers cove, fisherman’s cove, Rockipile beach. It’s a very friendly neighborhood with tons of parking that is free, it’s a very open neighborhood as well with parks, views of the ocean, laguna canyon and Catalina is a great view from the main window in the apt. Utilities are included and WiFi is only $30 a month each, 60$ a month total. The rent is $2,200, but me a my past roommate split the cost where I paid $800 (not including WiFi), and she paid the $1,200 since she got the bedroom and I made the living room into a makeshift living space. My bed turns into a couch and has a great coffee table including a record player, every appliance in the kitchen except a dishwasher (we do our own dishes around here haha), a cute old fashioned, brand new red fridge, and washer and dryer for laundry is right below us. All of the neighbors our super sweet in our building though we don’t see them often. Laguna Beach is one of the prettiest cities in OC and people from all over want to come here. I feel so lucky to live here and in such an amazing living space. The lease is going until November. Then it’s up and we can either choose to renew it for another year, or move somewhere else but that’s for a later discussion! My past roommate was the one with the credit and since she moved, the applicant for this room needs to have a credit score of 700+. I am a very Lowkey roommate, I just spend my time at the beach, I have classes twice a week for an hour in the morning. I stay active outside and like to stay busy. I have some days where I would like space in my room to enjoy some time to myself, but that’s the beauty of having your own room! The bathroom is super nice as well, the bathroom has cute green tiles, a shower head you can take off and change settings, a window with a view of the canyon, and tons of storage space. This place is beautiful and anyone is lucky to live in a place like this!

I am super laid back, I like having time to myself and I keep busy especially outdoors. Since the beach is right below you can always catch me there or out with friends around the area. I am from Rancho Santa Margarita, I am 20 years old, I have lived on my own since I was 18 and I am very independent. I work and pay my own rent and go to school. This is my only home and I love it here. It’s a very comfortable and safe environment with a beautiful view and I couldn’t imagine living somewhere else.
