Larry's room

I am a 53 year old male. I just bought a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home on half acre lot in Kansas City north. The house has been totally remodeled all new appliances. Very quiet nice older neighborhood. Master bed is on the main level. Three bedrooms and full bath on the upper level. Fenced backyard. The home is 15 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Johnson county. I have debated whether to rent and have decided if the right person comes along I would rent.

I work for theUSPS as a city letter carrier. I work a lot of overtime (6 days a week). I have a 12 year old chocolate lab and a 7 year old English bulldog.
