I have an upstairs bedroom in my home available for rent to a responsible, clean, courteous adult who does not smoke, vape, use drugs, abuse the consumption of alcohol, have a criminal background, is allergic to or dislikes cats and is employed full-time outside the home.

The room is adjacent to a loft area, has a ceiling fan, two windows and closet with mirrored doors. You will have access to a shared upstairs bathroom.

Applicants must be willing to provide rental references, proof of employment and a clear criminal background report.

No overnight guests will be permitted and no additional storage is available.

Rent is $600.00 per month plus shared utilities (water, gas, electricity and internet if additional bandwidth is needed). The first month’s rent and security deposit due at move-in. If needed I can offer the room furnished with a queen sized bed.

I keep a peaceful and clean living environment and expect the same behaviors from a renter.

The neighborhood is near parks and is within walking distance to Walmart, SaveMart, TW Patterson Sports Complex and Hammond Senior Center. The I-5 is about 2 mi away.
