About the room
Modern, spacious one room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo available for rent in Southie. Located in an amazing location, very close to the Dorchester Heights monument, beach, seaport, the South end, and West Broadway.
Rent includes the one room (12’ x 12’) with a large closet, internet, and water. We can split cooling/heating, and electricity on a monthly basis.
As far as pets go, there is also room for one more cat, since I currently have a playful and friendly two year old calico. Plus, the room has access to a bathroom for your own use, to be shared whenever guests are around.
About the roomies
Now a little about me, I am a professional 31 year old male working in the Business Intelligence industry. I like to be productive during the week, and on the weekends I enjoy relaxing and all the great places the city has to offer. I also enjoy staying in low key at home, in a nice quiet place =D
As far as a roommate goes, I am looking for someone responsible, respectful, and capable of cleaning their fair share in the common areas.
