I am looking for a roommate to fill a large 2 person shared room on midvale (south of wilshire) in the mission apts. rent is $1050 each for the double plus some utilities. The apartment is really spacious and bright, you would have your own bathroom, huge walk in closet great for sharing, modern kitchen and the building has a pool, gym, in unit laundry, wifi included, parking space, ac, and a small porch! Its about 20 mins walking to central ucla campus and theres a really easy+free shuttle/bus for ucla students! Looking for people to sign a year lease starting September but open to shorter sublets.

I am a senior at UCLA studying sociology. I am originally from the Bay area, and hopefully looking to room with other students or people around my age (22). I am very easy going, clean, and respectful of others space. I love adventuring, nature, yoga, and cooking! I am also a very social person and would love to make new friends :) Open to having a cat if you have one!
