University Avenue

Hello looking for a roomate to share a beautiful 2 story townhouse in La Mesa. The townhouse is located on University Ave which is central to everything. The room is unfurnished, big and has a huge closet space (master bedroom with access directly to the bathroom that we share). There is also a parking spot, pool and laundry on site for you. The rent is $760 a month and utilities (wifi and electricity) are about $60-$100 a month. Let me know if you are interested and we can show you the place that we have until the end of June.  I am a teacher and my husband is a banker, we are pretty quiet and responsible and looking for the same thing.
