Will's room

We live in a very sweet, family neighborhood close to a Zen Buddhist temple. This house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The open room is upstairs above the garage. Chicory and Austin are renting the house and have been working on the yard and property the last year, but the outside isn’t much. The inside however is nice from having had a fire five years ago and a remodel in the kitchen. My wife and I are moving out into our own house and looking for a couple (preferably) to take over the lease.

Chicory and Austin have lived here with us for a couple of years. Chicory is a Waldorf teacher who loves biking, cooking veggies, and crafting! Austin is a graphic designer with a love of juggling, biking, technology, and design. Both appreciate good communication, playfulness, someone who is steady, calm, cooperative, and brings creativity and care to the home.
