The apartment is furnished already NOT the spare bedroom (your room). Accent wall with Exposed brick in every room minus the kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom can fit up to a queen. All around a really cute place. I have a really sweet female Pit. Must like dogs, must be clean, responsible and have reliable income. I hope that goes without saying lol. Honestly I would love to share this apartment with someone who is laid back and drama free. I’m pretty easy going hopefully we’re a good match. Rent is $1600/month so 800 per person. This doesn’t include shared utilities. We really have a steal on this apartment! About 1 year left on lease (finishing up 16 month lease. Ex fiancé is moving out). I don’t have pics of the room up only because it’s a bit crowded at the moment with my ex’ boxes since he’s moving out and doesn’t look true to picture at the moment. It’s truly an amazing space and hidden gem in the city. I’m available to give a tour of apartment tomorrow Sat the 13th from 11am-2pm and Sunday the 14th from 11am to 4pm.
