TAWNYA's room

This is a furnished studio with an open concept. This unit is at the back of the house with hotel style doors separating it from the main part of house. This space has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchen with small fridge, microwave (air fryer, conv oven) and sink. This include utilities, you must supply your own internet and cable. There is room for one car parking outside private entrance. Bright, clean and private living space. I am also flexible about the length of agreement.

I occupy the other side of the house and respect my privacy as well as others. Not looking for long term, very flexible on the length of the lease. I would prefer a responsible individual who values their privacy and has respect towards others. Although there is a pool on the property, it is not included with the rental.
