Joaquin's room

The B-side of a duplex north of UT Austin (ten minute walk from campus). Master bedroom is still available! All utilities and Wi-Fi paid by me, and the rent you see is what you’ll pay. Duplex is on a corner lot in an upscale historical neighborhood on Hemphill road. Bedrooms are unfurnished. I’m looking to split the cost of the house between two roommates.

I’m currently an undergraduate living with an international PhD student. I will be attending UT Austin this Fall and working in manufacturing. My hobbies are music, wrestling, art, biking, rock climbing, and reading. I’m very respectful of other’s personal space, enjoy cleaning, and love cooking. I’d love to meet anyone who’s interested and invite them over to check out the house!
