However, there is also a basement space which can easily function as a bedroom, so I may find two roommates (pending decision). Share rent plus oil, electric and cable/internet. Great location for UMO students, campus is 5 miles away. In Milford. Have to be approved by owners. No pets. 12 month lease ( I will likely require anyone incoming to sign the lease, so keep in mind this differs from a typical roommate agreement). Hi everyone, I am currently a sophomore studying economics at the University of Maine (I will be a junior in the fall of 2022). I have a roommate who also goes to UMO but he will graduate and move out, so I am looking for someone to replace him (see my listing). I am searching specifically for a UMO student, so understand that I may not initially respond to you if your bio or your message does not clarify that you are one. I would love to have a third person in the condo if they agree to stay in an extra downstairs space, and this would cut rent even further. However, this may or may not be possible to do. The condo association is retirees, families and some students so not a big social or party place. Great river views from the living room/kitchen area. Laundry on site. Landlords limit overnight guests.
