Minski's room

The house is a 5 bedroom 2 bathrooms Has a pool! Living room and kitchen access Overnight guests are allowed however once in a while. Parking is available on street with no street parking tickets 🎫 so you don’t have to worry Lots of fruit trees 🍋 🍑 🍊 Heater, unfortunately no A/C this could be later discussed if needed Carpet flooring, with closet space and extra shelves built in the room.

No smoking 🚭 No weed No Pets Inside or outside the house

We do have house rules and are happy to add or remove if any are suggested 🙌🏼

We are all females and hopefully looking to add a new one. We all contribute to ensure house remains clean by rotating chores. We are all respectful to each other’s things and are all very nice 😊 👍🏼
