About the room
1 bedroom in a 3-bedroom condo for rent in the West Loop Neighborhood. The reason the room is for rent is one of our roommates got transferred out of state.
About the condo: It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The unit has modern appliances, washer and dryer and the living area is fully furnished. All kitchen ware is shared, so no need to bring any (although it is welcomed)! The bedroom is large enough for a large dresser, TV and queen sized bed. The master bedroom is taken, sorry! You will be sharing a bathroom with a roommate. The building has a rooftop which we have a grill that you are welcome to use. Each unit has a specified block and the view of the skyline is one if the best in the city. Rent is $1,150.
About your roommates: We are males in our mid twenties who both work pretty normal business hours during the week. One roommate works from home half the week. We keep it pretty low key during the week. We both enjoy checking out new bars and restaurants around the city on the weekend. We are looking for male or female who has the same type of schedule as us.
