We are renting one large master bedroom in our 1556 sf townhome w/a walk-in closet & private, en-suite bathroom. Our place is move-in ready. From a fully furnished room, kitchen, and common areas. We have amazing amenities – a huge, heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness center, and a children’s playground. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood with very low through traffic. We’re 5 miles from the beach & a safe and flat bike trail to ride there. We have lots of toys, sports equipment, and gear - tandem Kayak, bikes, surfboards, beach gear, camping gear…too much to list (See photos).. We also have 2 refrigerators and a washer & dryer.
Included in rent - Water, Trash & NetFlix. What’s not included - Gas/Electric, cable & internet. If you don’t have enough for the initial $1,000 deposit, we can work it into your rent until the deposit amount is achieved. The lease will be month-to-month but can change at our discretion. We love all animals, but due to severe allergies, we can’t allow pets. We are looking for a roommate who doesn’t smoke anything, has no vises, is drug-free, respectful, clean, honest, and easy to get along with. We want a drama-free home. We are open to all people. Due to our young children, we will require a background check.
We have a few rental options: • $250/mo in exchange for part-time help. Single person w/no children & no couples.
• $1,000/mo. No couples, 1. a single parent w/one child who would be interested in a reciprocal arrangement taking care of each other’s children, 2. a single individual w/no children and not interested in any reciprocal arrangement or not interested in helping us part-time,
• $1,200/mo. A couple with one person available to assist part-time a few hours a day in the morning during the week.
• $1,400-$1,800/mo for a single parent with one child who is not available during the day to assist us part-time but would like us to help them with their child either during the day or after school and on weekends.
We are a professional couple that work from home and have two young children – our 3-y/o daughter and a 1-y/o son. We are responsible, have a FICO score in the high 800’s, are extremely easygoing, very respectful, and low-key. We don’t smoke, use drugs, and only drink occasionally in moderation. We end our day around 10 p.m. and start our day around 5 a.m. We save our social activities for the weekend. We are home all day but could use some help for at least 4 hours daily in exchange for reduced rent. We would prefer a single mom with one young child. We would be interested in a reciprocal arrangement where we can help with his or her child from the afternoon to evening and/or weekends. Our current roommate just got engaged and will be moving out after 18 months with us. We recommend speaking to her about us and her experience as our roommate. We did Air(B)n(B) for 4 years.
