🏡 Offering 1 private bedroom in a spacious 3 bedroom rambler. We have a decent sized yard, 2 awesome fire pits, and a gas fireplace to warm up by in the winter.

✨ Just replaced the roof, got a new washer and dryer, kitchen remodel, and upgraded to solar power!

🏞️Walking distance to Rainier View Park!

🛍️ 2 minute drive to all the Sumner amenities including Fred Meyer, restaurants, and Main Street shops.

ℹ️ There’s storage space in the garage and all utilities are included. You’d share a full bath with 1 other person. Room is not furnished but we do have a spare queen bed that you can use if needed.

❗️Unfortunately we cannot take more than one person, sorry, if you are a couple who live together we can’t accommodate.

❗️We also cannot take any more pets, but our 3 cats are the absolute sweetest.

👋🏻 I’m a 27 year old lady who works from home full time. I enjoy making music and playing video games in my spare time.

❗️We do have a rule about not smoking in shared spaces that we’d ask you to respect.

👥 Currently there are 2 other roommates: my boyfriend (also 27, very compassionate, and great help around the house) and another awesome queer gal, early 30s. The two of you would share a bathroom.

ℹ️ Our roomie works nights, and we love her, so we are looking for someone who’s willing to curb excessive noise after 4pm (regular sounds of life are not an issue).

🤓 We all like anime, tabletop games, video games, and other nerdy stuff.

🪷 We enjoy spending time together and we team up to take good care of our shared spaces. Overall we are a wholesome bunch and it’s a harmonious environment! 🫶🏻
