About the room
We have a private bedroom with it’s own entrance in our basement with it’s own bathroom and small kitchen. Separate Laundry as well. We are looking for someone who is quiet and friendly to share our home with. Space is unfurnished. a cat is OK. I use own application and background service (but the Roomies verification is desirable) The cost is $45 and will be credited on first months rent if you qualify. Message me and we’ll chat.
