Rent is $1400 per month, including utilities. Parking is available at extra cost.

I like to cultivate a supportive and comfortable living situation. I work typical business hours during the week and am home in the evenings and weekends. I’ve been friends with most of my roommates. I prefer to have a male roommate that is also clean and open-minded. Ideally living with a guy that is gay or gay-friendly would be great. I am a gay man. I have a disability and use a wheelchair, so please be cool with that. I’d be willing to reduce the rent per month in exchange for some personal care help with daily living needs if interested (Just ask).
