Spring Tide Terrace

Hey my name is Angel. I have found an amazing condo in the best spot in Point Loma. There are two rooms available in the three bedroom condo each for 900 plus utilities. It has a beautiful pool, hot tub, BBQ area and playground. It is a gated community and very safe. Inside the condo is a newly renovated kithchen and furnished living room with 55inch TV and balcony. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher and almost new carpet. It is located by vons off of midway. You will be sharing a bathroom with the other roomate. It’s by the 8 and 5 freeway and has just about every store you need close by. I’m hoping to find someone by the 15th or the 1st of February. Deposited is 900 as well.

About myself, I am 25 and work two jobs in Point Loma. My son will live with me part time. He is 2 years old and the sweetest boy ever. I keep my house pretty clean and very respectful. I hope to find people that are great at communicating and become great friends as well as roommates.
