This is a very spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath house in south Denver (15 min to downtown and 15 min to red rocks). I am looking to rent out one of the large bedrooms in the basement. The room was originally 2 separate bedrooms and has been combined into 1 large bedroom with a walk in closet. The room can be furnished if you’d like. You would share a bathroom with Alena who also lives downstairs. The rest of the house is very large and spacious and has a lot of space that isn’t used. There are 3 living rooms (including 1 in the basement), a work station, 2 full size fridges, laundry, a home gym and a fenced in backyard.

James (an engineer) lives in the master bedroom and loves going on hikes. Maurice (a non profit director) lives in the other bedroom upstairs and likes farmers markets and cooking. Alena (a waitress) lives downstairs in the other bedroom and likes to go to concerts here in Denver but spends most of her times in her room. Alena has a very cute (and chubby) cat Buttercup who roams around the house looking for pets. She also has a very small and well behaved dog Olive who lives in her room.
