Huntington Drive

We are looking for a roommate to sign another year-lease at our complex. Great space, pool, gardens, bbqs, hot tub, onsite coin laundry, and an actual nice property manager. We have a 3bd, 2bath, balcony, large living room and fully equipped kitchen available. We are a doctor and art educator. We are both artists and are outside hiking/traveling most weekends. We work long hours during the week. We cook a few times a week and keep a clean kitchen and shared space, we expect the same. Must be democratic/liberal.

No pets.

Space available: 1 room 10 x 12“, you will have the master bathroom. $850/month Feb 1st 2018 - Feb 1st 2019 then it’s month-to-month as needed. Deposit for all three of us is about $600 so we expect no more than $300 for your portion, as ours is already paid from the previous year.

Previous roommate accepted medical residency: Furnishings available > selling: queen bed/frame, book shelf, desk, end tables and lamps. All 1 year old, barely used from Ikea.
