I’m actively looking for an apartment so if it doesn’t work out then I will be staying at my current space and looking for a roommate. About the apartment: 1 block from the beach. Street parking available and you can usually find something close by and it’s free. Corner apartment on the second floor. There is a laundry facility on the property. This is the quieter part of miami beach. Shared bathroom. My roommate is moving out Aug. 25th The current lease is month to month but I’d like someone who will stay at least 6 months.

I’m a creative person who’s usually on the go or vibin in my room. I work full-time from home. I have a cat who is literally the sweetest. I am a clean person. I like to keep things tidy and at least once a week I do a deeper clean (growing up with a hispanic mother that’s just instilled in ya). I tend to keep to myself but I’m down to start a series together.
