I’m looking to rent out an upstairs room/private bathroom in my home. I’ve had several roomies so I’m not unfamiliar with having people in our home.

We’re clean, organized, and definitely stay very busy. All of the utilities and internet are included in the rent. You’d have access to all of the amenities in the house and within the neighborhood (washer/dryer, workout equipment, lakes, playground, pool, etc.). The location can’t be beat (Grand Parkway 99 and I-10) and is close to a ton of new developments. There’s also lots of parks and bike trails nearby. My son and I tend to stay to ourselves and busy in between school, work, and weekend adventures.
