I’m looking to rent out an upstairs room in my home. I have an 8 year old son and a Boston Terrier. They’re both nothing but joy and love! We’re clean, organized, and definitely stay very busy. All of the utilities and internet are included in the rent. You’d have access to all of the amenities in the house and within the neighborhood (washer/dryer, workout equipment, lakes, playground, pool, etc). The location can’t be beat (Grand Parkway 99 and I-10) and is close to a ton of new developments. There’s also lots of parks and bike trails nearby. There are no current roommates, other than my son and I. We tend to stay to ourselves and busy in between school, work, and weekend adventures.
