Fully furnished large bedroom (double closet space) with private bathroom in my home. Location is a nice, quiet, safe and centrally situated townhouse in Buffalo Grove. Also included is an open loft floor area. Use of kitchen on first floor as needed. No couples, no pets (maybe cat) and no smoking. Prefer no shoes worn in the house and I have certain dietary restrictions regarding what can be cooked in the kitchen. I have a 2 car garage and another compact/small car can fit in the garage. There is parking in the driveway and a visitor’s space for 3 cars within 2 minutes walk.

I work from home (8-6) so take meetings from home during the day/evening. I am generally quiet, clean and tidy. I like my privacy and I am friendly but somewhat a loner. Looking for a female housemate who works during the day and wants quiet downtime in the evenings.
