The house is fully furnished (including all kitchen supplies) with nice amenities: 520 sq. ft. pool, hot tub spa, private volleyball court, mini bar, wine cooler, BBQ grill, hammocks, 75“ 4K HDR smart TV, 5.2 surround sound, xbox one x, nintendo switch, and pool/foosball/ping-pong tables. Currently have one room available with queen size 12“ plush memory foam mattress, work desk/chair, and closet.

I’m an airplane pilot, engineer, and realtor. My roommates are typically SpaceX new hires or interns, often engineers or techs. We are laid back and enjoy having a good time on the weekends.
