Our rental are primary for Airbnb higher end guest business trip, all has private access like hotel + bath. Does not have Kitchen, but refg + microwave is provided.

Our house rule do not permit guest. You will neee to meet your XXX outside. Everyone follow the same rule, so no one will see stranger walking outside or at hallway. I will introduce all new tenant to everyone. So everyone know everyone else.
