It’s a apartment of 2 rooms and 1 bathroom shared only with me, the rooms available is next to principal rooms, the apartment have washing machine area, so very nice and equipment the room is not furnished but I can help, the complex is Candem Dunwoody, so very nice areas Pool, gym, pets park, 5 minutes for Perimeter Mall, 25 minutos airport, very safe and clean.! Is time for save some money.!!

It’s a profesional straight man, working hard and students my degree, I am very respectful and clean, I am Latin People from Venezuela 🇻🇪 I am not smoking but it’s ok yo do it outside on balcony, it’s not good place for 420, if you have a pets you need pay something more in the Leasen office, I have my own company usually coming out for work but sometimes i am keep working on my computer.! From the home, I go on the bed 9/10 pm get up 5/6 am I don’t have strangers guess. Very clean and respectful, I am work out 8pm, it’s a very nice environment, not drama positive vibres, it’s the place you can call home.. You are welcome.! Thank ..
