I have a stunning remodeled house in east Bloomington ( 3 bdrs ,1 bth) Where I’ll be renting PER ROOM ( 1 person per room only) and I am looking for a roommate.

The house is near by I35W and 494. Only minutes away to downtown Minneapolis (15 mins), MOA (6 mins) , Airport (8 min)

The rent for each room is $ 800 (rent) + utilities ($50.00) = 850 TOTAL MONTHLY

This house has original hardwood flooring on the bedrooms and living room. Newly installed Kitchen Cabinets, New Granite Kitchen Counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, New flooring in the kitchen, dining, and lower level. Nicely updated bathroom. 2 Fireplaces, one in the living room and lower level family room.

3 bedrooms are located upstairs with one brand new full bathroom (shared)

Utilities will include : High speed internet (Xfinity) Access to Washer, dryer, kitchen etc. Bills: Gas Water Electric Garbage Full home security system with 24 hr outdoor camera surveillance.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, organized, doesn’t mind living with people and will take care of their space and be respectful of others.
